The Getting to We Dialogues and Deliberation Initiative of Romney Associates works to bridge divides and cultivate collective action. We look for opportunities to support individuals, groups and communities as they work together to make decisions and take actions that strengthen their sense of “we” and define what is in the best interest of equity and the common good. We have a special interest in arts-based civic dialogues.
